Virgen Del Rosario Learning Center 1994
Virgen Del Rosario Learning Center (VDRLC) started out as a small nipa hut in the summer of 1994 through volunteerism and community service. VDLRC is committed to the total development of young individuals such as underprivileged preschoolers in the locality.
After more than two decades of existence, this institution was recognized by the Department of Education not just as a Day Care Center but also as an early-learning school.
