ELTI GROUP INC. (ELTI) was incorporated in 2008, the company started in the real estate industry and evolved into a multi-industry holding company. Conducts business in Banking, Financing, & Consulting, Hotel & Tourism, Education, and Agriculture. At present, ELTI Group Inc. manages the following companies:

Atty. Elaias Timbol - Chairman of the Board

Atty. Elaias T. Timbol is the co-founder and acting chairman of ELTI Group Inc. He graduated from De La Salle University in 1986 with a B.S. Degree in Commerce, Major in Business Management. He then obtained his law degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1992, passed the Bar Examination in the same year, and is currently a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). 

He has served as the lead counsel with one of the leading rural banks in the Philippines since 1996. As such, he has extensive knowledge in bank’s risk management and corporate governance, among others. He was also the Senior Legal Officer in Clark Development Corporation from 1994 to 1995 where he practiced corporate law. 

At present, he is the Managing Partner of the Paras and Timbol Law Office, a position he’s held since 1995. He is currently the Director of Apu Drug Corporation (Franchisee of Mercury Drug Store) since 2000, Director of Euroasia International Hotel, Trustee of Blossom Forth School, Director of Timbol Realty, Inc. since 1995, and is the current chairman of the Board of  Elti Group, Inc.. 

He is also the son of bar topnotcher Attorney Lorenzo G. Timbol, one of the Senior Associates of the Estelito Mendoza law firm, who served as the former assistant Corporate Secretary of San Miguel Corporation. Atty. Elaias T. Timbol is also the husband of the former President of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) Elizabeth Carlos-Timbol who is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of ELTI Group of Companies Inc.

Elizabeth Timbol is the visionary leader of ElTIGroup of Companies. She is married to Atty. Elaias T. Timbol has three children, Eliel, Elaine and Elijah Timbol. She comes from a brood of 14 with 7 girls and 7 boys. She takes pride in her family; they are the source of her inspiration. 

She is a Graduate of BSC Legal Management from De La Salle University, where she was the Charter President of Ley La Salle and Master in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where she became the President of Student Council and Alumni Association. She was chosen as one of the Hero Graduates.

Her contributions in the community were recognized by various organizations where she was awarded:

• Asia Leaders Awards, hailing her as the Woman of the Year for Countryside Development 2019 and 2021

• Top 10 Recipient Hometown Heroes National Award

• Rotary International Presidential Citation, Rotary District 3830 Governor’s and Leadership Excellence Award

• A Very Special and Exceptional Leader Award Honored and given by her fellow rural bankers

Mrs. Timbol is the first Kapampangan and 3rd lady President of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP)

As Past President of RBAP, she devotedly shares her valuable strength and time to the Rural Banking Industry where she previously held the National Director and Treasurer positions. 

As RBAP Foundation Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Guagua Rural Bank, Inc. (GRBank), she closely works with organizations that aim to support the Philippine economy especially the sectors in the countryside such as farmers and MSMEs and established the new generation of bankers age 40 and under. Mrs. Timbol is the epitome of a self-made banker rising through the ranks to the top in the organization. 

Mary Elaine Carlos Timbol - Chief Operating Officer

  After recently graduating, Mary Elaine Timbol already owns and runs two businesses, one of which is a franchise of Potato Corner in Angeles City and the other is a joint venture with NWE Beauty and Wellness Inc. Of the two businesses, the branch she owns continues to be the top earning provincial branch in the Philippines. 

She is also the acting Chief Operating Officer of the ELTI group of Companies Inc. Her responsibilities include managing 250 rooms in Angeles City, including those in Hotel Euroasia and ELTI Dormitel. Soon ELTI Suites.

She is also responsible for directing operations and marketing at Blossom Forth School, which has seen a significant increase in its enrollment since she took over management despite the ongoing Pandemic.

At present, she also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SakAhon, an agritech startup aiming to innovate agriculture for the betterment of the Philippines and its farmers. SakAhon team won as a National Finalist out of 1,800 teams in the Philippines in the 2021 Youth Agribiz competition initiated by the Department of Agriculture. 

Mary Elaine Timbol completed the Professional Directors Program conducted by the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2021. She graduated from De La Salle University in 2019 with a B.S. Degree in Marketing Management.
